Holidays....

Hi guys...after a long while didnt update this blog. i think it is the time now..haha
how r u guys doing? mind to leave a comment in this post?

here are a few tips to avoid after holiday pain after back to training.
do some stretching everyweek and kicking. not to expect to be more skillful but just to warmup ur leg. if not you will suffer after the 1st week training during next semester.

you can do some simple stretching or kicking, refresh your mind with the pattern. just a 30 minutes will do. The thing is are you initiative enough to take the courage to wear your taekwondo pants or uniform to do this warm up? i believe most of us will think, nvm la...next week only do la, next next week only do la...finally no need do dy...so, if u think it is lonely or u can try contact or find a taekwondo club at your place to join them training. just to warm up ur leg so that we can face the new Challenge next sem...hehe...if you have any problem on finding the taekwondo club on your respective places. please let us know and we will help you to contact the respective state taekwondo club...^^
